New cards!

This is the first of the last 9 cards to be expanded. Through going through the test reads I have been noting where things could use expanded and what deities I didn't have a good handle on. Some of the added cards are simply pulling apart the meanings that have "could be good or bad, or maybe something else." For Uridimmu I had not fully understood his meanings when I was in a rush to get the deck done during Inktober. He actually had 6 aspects; I compacted down into 4 cards, resulting in 3 new cards to be done. These I took my time on and didn't use sharpie/pens, I had liqutex acrylic ink and nibs. 

Protection and Healing

Here he is a guardian and heals the sick. Kusarikku is added in the back because together the guard the sun god Baal Shamash. Funny thing about Shamash, he has intuitively made an appearance in the art of my tarot cards a few times through the liver added in the "oracle title" (which is how they divined answers back then. They asked Shamash to show them the answers then slaughtered a sheep and examined its liver) and a sun disk (the first one was less intricate than this one). The constellation Lupus is there because it is associated with Uridimmu. 

Isolation/Destruction

Here is Uridimmu as the Black Wind, ruler of the Black Desert. He is ultimate destruction like after a Cosmic level cataclysm where no life survives. This aspect brings visions of Eternal Night spend within the Black Desert. This has a feeling of my home plane, everything is black or near black versions of themselves (like near black blood coloured rivers and oceans, deepest black-purple crystal mountains, black sand desert expanses). This is a very "home" feeling for me. 

(also one of my first times trying to depict the wind blown texturized sand instead of just spattering or glass depicting flat sand like we have here along our coast.)

Expanded Consciousness

He has a humanoid form that retains the black wolf features (face and claws), and his skin is purest black. He appears cloaked in a loose fitting robe. Bringing visions of the City of Pyramids is a sign for conscious awakening, although it will be extremely painful. You will enter the giant city with thousands of black pyramids made of a substance that is not of this planet. Walk to the top of the central ziggurat, the highest structure in the center of the city. Then lay upon the altar. His Black Wind essence will wrap around you, crush your flesh, then explode your atoms; freeing your soul to expand your consciousness past the limits of flesh. This feels like a black hole consuming a planet. 

Nothing special, just look at those shiny metallics!
