Summer Solstice Spread- Giger v Sumerian v Vibrational


Happy Solstice! This is a spread checking on where I am at the moment. One of the decks seems to have a sense of humour... 


Giger



1. Self- A snapshot of where you are right now and the energies around you? Strength
This card stands for the inconsiderate strength that you often will only accept within yourself in the form of projection from those around you. It represents that darting, vivacious female lust that drives the witches to the Devil's Sabbath. 

2. Power- What is powerful for you right now and how to utilize its maximum potential? The Chariot
Here reigns the carefree god of discord, who applies the force principle of the ego without heeding the losses caused by his aggressive and dynamic behavior. He ignites a firework of actions in order to seize the initiative. 

3. Strength- What is deep within your well of inner strength and guidance on where to focus your energies right now? Judgement
Your future is rooted within the patterns of your past; your destiny lies within you. 

4. Abundant- What is right in front of you and ready for the taking? Alchemy
Alchemy signifies that your inner desires and your external experiences are harmonious with each other. The card refers to the subtle interplay of the soul and the environment, emphasizing direct action less than listening to the voice of inner feeling. 

5. Faerie Blessing- What are you being blessed with at this time? What gifts are you being asked to acknowledge in your life? Tower
Indicates a sudden shattering realization the shakes fixed ideals; you are unconsciously trying to go astray. If you accept that only things that have become rotten and superfluous can be destroyed, then you can recognize the liberation from things that have become old. Through loss and pain you can create space for new things.


Sumerian Oracle


1. Self- A snapshot of where you are right now and the energies around you? Mušuššu (vampirism)
The purely vampiric aspect of Mušuššu.

I haven't been vampiric lately, maybe it's saying one is attached to me or someone near me is. 

2. Power- What is powerful for you right now and how to utilize its maximum potential? Mušuššu (necrophilia)
This version of Mušuššu is the naga form that governs the vampiric feeding of death energies and necrophilia. 

I don't know if this is telling me to get back into necromantic vampirism or to get down and dirty with a corpse, but I don't feel like getting down and dirty with a corpse. 

3. Strength- What is deep within your well of inner strength and guidance on where to focus your energies right now? Mušmahhu (harbinger of death) 
Like the previous readings, telling me to focus on a harbinger of death... does one stalk me? 

4. Abundant- What is right in front of you and ready for the taking? Ušumgallu (malice)
This card is a place holder for Ušumgallu's malice card where she grants use of her venomous fire for malediction work. 

She has been my healer, now she stands ready to help me harm to defend myself it seems. 

5. Faerie Blessing- What are you being blessed with at this time? What gifts are you being asked to acknowledge in your life? Uridimmu (ultimate destroyer) 
This version of Uridimmu is unintelligible. It is impossible to communicate with it or get it to see reason, it is a swirling vortex of pure rage and will kill anything in his path. 

My faerie blessing is to tear down everyone around me and not to be reasoned with it seems. >.> 


Vibrational Medicine

(I'm sure I'm supposed to work in the reversed text, but I'm not sure how to until I find a book or demo somewhere online)

1. Self- A snapshot of where you are right now and the energies around you? Body Systems
Yes I'm torn between how crap I feel and trying to get better. The time seems to be right to get working on healing and honouring my body. 

2. Power- What is powerful for you right now and how to utilize its maximum potential? Offering
Offering/Sacrifice is powerful for me? Yes I'm great at giving myself for others, even when its killing me. 

3. Strength- What is deep within your well of inner strength and guidance on where to focus your energies right now? Construction
This seems like a great time to focus on my creativity and construct new projects around the home. 

4. Abundant- What is right in front of you and ready for the taking? Spiritual Fire
A spiritual fire that matches a time of fire in my homeland. Fire season is upon us and it is a good time to rejuvenate the fire within. 

5. Faerie Blessing- What are you being blessed with at this time? What gifts are you being asked to acknowledge in your life? Desire
Turn the fire within into desire to achieve my goals.

This is to put together my questions and thoughts about creating my oracle deck. If you have been given this link, please provide your insights where I linked thank you. Background Info My cards have one aspect, per deity, per card. This gave me 41 cards out of 15 deities plus a couple concept cards. Since the deities have multiple descriptions, I used different appearances per aspect. These will be meant to speak to the deities, place on the altar during rituals to focus on, meditate upon, and other ritual uses. Examples of Automatic Art

Here are some examples of my automatic art. I realized that my description in the previous blog was a bit sparse. These are oracle style automatic drawings based on tarot readings. Obviously I don't do this for standard tarot rates as it takes much longer. Quick overview of my process for these ones: 1. Pull the card(s) for the question. 2. I will go through the known meaning for what pops out at me and jot it down. 3. I sit in trance gazing at the card until images hit me. 4. I start to sketch. 5. I add in another layer of interpretation to the meaning based upon the image that results. Turn around time 6-24 hrs depending upon the number of cards and level of detail.

Full Moon in Sag (Jun 9th)- Giger v Sumerian v Vibrational

I've been a little busy this month so I did not get a chance to sit down and decode these in a timely manner. My other half found his Vibrational Medicine Cards and lent them to me. I'm starting to work with them as well as the others.  Giger  1. What impulses need taming? The Hierophant This is the card for taking care of the whole of the world and piety before the self, likened to nunnery over being swept off your feet. Being more practical here would be less tending to the faith and loving the rest of the world and more towards loving self and allowing my partner to love me as a woman (allowing femininity to blossom).
